Read the requirements & Rules really close,
For me, since I only do icons, the minimum requirement for me to be a official designer is 50 accepted submissions. you can mix it around, but if you need help or questions there will be a link there for questions.

haha. yeah i think that natasha should have won, seeing that jaslene was on the 7th cycle and she won the 8th cycle. :/ it's like all those girls just came and go and jaslene just got another chance. :(
